Shipping policy

When placing your order you can choose to collect from us or have it shipped to site. Once your order is fulfilled or ready for collection, you will be notified by email.

We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. Delivery options and dispatch times depend on the finish of your items, as set out below.

Unfinished, Lacquered or Primed

  • Free Delivery on orders over £250: 5 to 7 working day dispatch.
  • Standard Delivery, £24: 3 to 4 working day dispatch.
  • Express Delivery, £36: 1 to 2 working day dispatch.

Stained

  • Free Delivery on orders over £250: 10 to 14 working day dispatch.
  • Standard Delivery, £24: 5 to 7 working day dispatch.
  • Express Delivery, £36: 3 to 4 working day dispatch.

Please check your order for damage on delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
