Contract:

All goods sold on this website are subject to the below terms and conditions, by placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

Upon ordering from our website an automated email will be sent acknowledging receipt of order
Accepting and processing your method of payment and any order acknowledgment does not constitute legal acceptance of your offer to purchase. The moment your goods are delivered it is deemed accepted, once your order is accepted by us a legally binding contract will then exist.
We reserve the right to reject offers including fraud, website errors and more.
If an order is refused by us a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
This contract is governed in accordance with English law.

Placing an order:

Clicking add to basket on any product on our website and checking out will process an order, you may add any products as needed subject to stock.
You have the ability to alter quantities, remove and add items to products in your basket before finishing payment, your order is finalised once payment is made.
All orders placed require acceptance by us and we reserve the right to refuse at any time and for any reason, we will not be held liable to you or anyone associated for refusing to accept your order.
In the event of products being out of stock, no longer available or a pricing error has been made we will contact you accordingly.
Once an order is confirmed you may occur charges and/or delays for and changes.

Pricing:

Prices shown are including VAT but excluding delivery.
Promotional prices are only applied during the period stated and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

Making payment:

You are required to pay for goods in full at the time of ordering.
Acceptance of payment does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Online payments are processed by a third party, Shopify, your card details are never passed onto us nor held in any of our systems.
You can make payment with any method stated on our website.

Delivery:

We deliver to mainland UK postcodes.
You’ll be informed on estimate delivery times.
We deliver to the address given, you must be available to accept delivery, we will not be liable for goods that you instruct to be left unattended.
Disposal of packaging is your responsibility.
If a delivery attempt fails, a second attempt is made at the digression of the carrier, goods may be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge additional re-delivery costs.
If the delivery address is changed after the order is shipped we reserve the right to charge any additional delivery costs.
Items must be checked on delivery, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be made known to the driver and ourselves within 48 hours. Delivery must not be signed as unchecked.
Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in rejection of you claim.
If you have special delivery requirements (i.e. not on the ground floor) you have to inform us when placing your order.
We won’t be responsible for time delay caused by unforeseen events including but not limited to accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood or the default of suppliers.

Cancellation:

You reserve the right to cancel your order prior to the despatching of your goods, if you require a cancellation please contact us immediately via email or phone state above.
If goods have already been dispatched you will not be able to cancel you order.
Reason for cancellation from yourself if not required but is welcomed.

Returns:

Under your statutory rights you may return unwanted items up to 28 days after delivery, to do this you must inform us within 14 days, you have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.
We will not be responsible for postage charges on returns unless items arrived faulty.
You may not return items that have been used unless faulty.
You may not be refunded delivery cost unless items arrived faulty.
You do not need to give reason for returning but its welcomed.
You are responsible for goods until delivered back to us.
All goods must be returned back to us at the address stated above in original packaging.
Bespoke items are non returnable unless arrived faulty.

Faulty Goods:

You must inform us of a fault as soon as possible.
We will contact you as soon as possible.
If an exchange is required it will be processed without unreasonable delay and without charge.
Cost of returning items to us will be covered by us if items are deemed faulty.
Goods may not be disposed of unless authorised by us.

Refunds:

Liability:

Products sold have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.
Timber is a natural product therefore a normal grain pattern, colour fluctuations and other natural features like medullary rays are to be expected.
Images of products are for illustrative proposes only, actual goods might vary slightly.
Best efforts have been made to represent our products but we cannot guarantee that your monitor, printer or any other device will accurately reflect the product.

Use of website:

Harassment and abuse in any form on this site including via email is strictly forbidden, impersonation is strictly forbidden.
You may not publish any assets from this site for use anywhere else.
We reserve the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to our sole discretion.
