Refund policy
Please email info@staircrazy.co.uk or complete our contact form if you wish to process a return.
Items ordered in error or are unsuitable can be returned within 28 days of receipt if they have not been used, damaged, and still in original packaging. You must let us know you wish to return said items within 14 days of receiving.
Custom made items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty on delivery.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if items arrive with a fault caused by us.
With items that didn't arrive faulty you will be responsible for the cost of returning back to us, responsibility of the items will remain with you until they are received by us in full.
You have 28 days to return items, you must let us know within 14 days and have a further 14 days for transit.
Refunds will be processed when the items are back with us and can take up to 10 days for the bank to process the return.
Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled.
We will not be liable to you for inconveniences or loss of profits and will not pay any compensation other than any refunds under the conditions above.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
