Everything from the ordering process through to delivery has been seamless. I put in a request for my stair parts to be dispatched before the time stated on the website and I was contacted straight away to confirm this would be possible. Received my order a few days later - everything extremely well packaged and of a great quality. It has now all been installed and my customer is extremely happy.
Solid Oak Classic Handrail
Oak handrail ordered, due to disability, and estimated delivery was 5-7 days. In fact, I was pleasantly caught out when it arrived, well packaged, after only about three days.
The handrail was as described on website, and obviously of very good quality.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from Stair Crazy again, if required.
